Terry Hamilton is an American singer/songwriter who grew up in the Appalachian foothills of eastern Kentucky. He has written and recorded over eight albums along with several single projects. "Someday I'll Fly" is an emotional tribute to those who are not only dealing with but overcoming the daily challenges of living life with disabilities. Inspired by the Society for Rehabilitation of children and adults where Terry volunteered for over a decade using his music to touch and inspire others to overcome their own limitations caused by various disabilities, this song was chosen as the theme song for the Ohio 2000 Youth Leadership Forum. Terry received a citation officially recognizing his contributions through music from the then Governor of Ohio Bob Taft.
